FOLLOWING tension over an act of vandalism by a youth at a local temple in Jammu city, mobile internet services were suspended across the state on Wednesday.

The man in question has been arrested.
People in Janipura area had attacked Janpura police station and torched a number of vehicles including two police public school buses late last night in protest over its inaction against a youth involved in vandalism at a temple in Roop Nagar colony. Identified as Yasir Alfaz of Doda, the youth has been arrested.

Chasing 173, Pune never looked in contention, but Dhoni played the lone ranger with an unbeaten 32-ball 64 to secure an improbable win for the debutants.

Pune looked down and out at 86 for five in the 14th over before Dhoni brought out his best and smashed five sixes and four boundaries.

Needing 23 runs in the last over, Dhoni struck three sixes and a four.

In the last ball of the match, RPS required six for victory and the captain lofted one over the midwicket boundary.

Twenty four people, including an SP and an SHO, have been killed in the massive clash between police and encroachers that broke out in Mathura on Thursday even as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has ordered an inquiry.

22 protesters have totally died in the incident, 11 of them in the fire which they caused themselves.
